I offer a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your questions and concerns, ensuring we are a good therapeutic fit before you commit.
To schedule: Please complete the contact form below, or reach out directly via phone or email.
I work with adults aged 18-50, tailoring every session to your individual needs and goals. Therapy is an investment in your relationships, health, and sense of self.
Core Modalities: I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), viewing you as a whole person with diverse life areas requiring attention. Traditional talk therapy is also available for foundational support. I am also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Positive parenting techniques and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Specialty Areas: I support adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, stress related to life changes, challenges related to lifelong disabilities or chronic illness, and unique concerns faced by parents.
Philosophy: Therapy is a collaborative experience that requires a real, authentic connection in a safe space. Healing begins with feeling truly seen. I help you reconnect with yourself, overcome emotional barriers, and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
